Retreat will take place at ARUNAI ANANTHA (Aanaipirandaan village panchayat, NH 77, Bangalore – Pondicherry, Chengam Road, Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, 606 603)

• We have selected a variety of comfortable 5- to 3-star hotels in Tiruvannamalai, all within close proximity to the retreat venue.

• Rooms are booked on a “first come first served” basis. Since rooms are available in different hotels, the system will show a SOLD OUT notification when there are no more vacancies in a particular hotel.

• A Single room includes one bed and is intended for single occupancy. A Double room includes two beds and is intended for two-person occupancy. If a couple prefers to book a single room, the fee charged will be for the room itself, rather than per person, at the single room rate.

• Lunch and dinner will be provided at the retreat venue for all participants daily, from the welcome dinner on January 4th through to the farewell dinner on January 13th.

• All hotels are no more than a 10- to 20-minute bus ride from the retreat venue, with the exception of HOTEL ASHREYA, which is within walking distance.

• We have arranged transportation in small vans to bring participants from each hotel to Arunai Anantha each morning and return to hotels in the evenings after dinner. The vans will also be available throughout the day.

• The accommodation fee includes 10 nights of hotel accommodation (check-in January 4th and check-out January 14th). We have also held rooms for an extended stay, from January 2nd through checkout on the 15th, except at SANGAM and ATHENA, where checkout will be on January 14th (NOT Jan 15th).  Extra nights will need to be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival. To confirm these extra nights, please inform us by November 15th. If we do not receive confirmation, we will release the additional nights.

• If you plan to stay in Tiru beyond January 15th, we strongly recommend making your own hotel arrangements as soon as possible, as this is a time of sacred celebration in Tiru, and hotels are booking quickly. We can also suggest alternative accommodations if you wish to arrive earlier or extend your stay.

• All hotel rooms include private ensuite bathrooms, except for a few rooms at SHIVA PALACE, where bathrooms may be shared between two participants' rooms.

• Breakfast and taxes are included in the accomodation fee.

• Other hotel services are to be paid directly to the hotel.

• Please note that if the Indian Rupee appreciates more than 5% against the US Dollar, prices in US Dollars will be adjusted, and we will notify everyone accordingly.
